Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data isostasy.in collects, why, and what rights you have over it. It is written to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and to be readable by a human.
Who we are
This website is operated by Isostasy Global, an India-based parent company for consumer brands. The legal entity is Isostasy Global Private Limited ("we", "us"). The company is registered in India under Corporate Identity Number U70100MH2026PTC474848. Registered Office: 3rd Floor, Office No A321, Master Mind 4, Royal Palm, Aareymilk Colony, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400065, Maharashtra, India.
The short version
- We collect personal data only when you send it to us through the enquiry form.
- We do not run advertising, tracking or analytics cookies on this site.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Ever.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, subject to any legal requirement to retain it.
What we collect and why
Enquiry form. When you use the contact form we receive the name, company, email address, enquiry type and message you choose to enter. We use this solely to understand and reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of that correspondence. The lawful basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. You may leave any field blank that you are not comfortable sharing, though we may then be unable to reply.
Technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested — IP address, browser type, the pages visited and the time — in short-lived server logs. This is used only for security, to keep the site running and to prevent abuse. It is not combined with your enquiry data or used to profile you.
Nothing else. No account is required to use this site. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website, and we do not collect payment or location data.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie required to serve the site securely; it does not identify you and does not require consent. If we ever add analytics or other cookies, this notice will be updated and a consent mechanism added first.
Who else sees your data
Your enquiry data is stored and processed by the service providers we use to run this website and to receive email — currently our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) and our email provider (Zoho Corporation, on its India data centre). These providers act on our instructions and are contractually bound to protect the data. Enquiry email is stored in India. Where a provider stores data outside India, it is protected by their standard contractual safeguards. We do not share personal data with any other third party unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then for up to three years so we can refer back to prior correspondence, after which it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will — unless we are required by law to keep it. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period, typically no more than 30 days.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it has been processed;
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erase your data, subject to any legal requirement to retain it;
- Withdraw consent at any time, with the same ease with which it was given;
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity;
- Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these, email grievance@isostasy.in, or use the contact form and select the enquiry type Other. We will respond within the time required by law.

We acknowledge and respond to grievances within the time required by law.
Children
This site is a corporate information site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice as the company's operations, providers or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
